We have supplied quality plastic components to leading consumer electronics, telecommunication, and industrial clients for over three decades.
Our 28-machine fleet (50T–450T) processes PS, ABS, PC, PP, and engineering resins with tight tolerances. Every part is backed by in-house secondary processing — spray painting, silk screen printing, hot stamping, pad printing, and ultrasonic welding — under one ISO-controlled roof.
Our Johor Bahru facility sits within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), giving OEM and Tier 1 buyers streamlined cross-border logistics and easy access to the Singapore supply chain and port network — alongside Malaysia’s competitive manufacturing cost base.

Auto Spray (Rotary)
Fully automated rotary spray line. Gloss, matte and texture coatings, colour-matched to Pantone or OEM colour chips.
Semi Auto Spray (Rotary)
Operator-assisted rotary spray line for flexible, lower-volume, and mixed-finish runs.
Tempo Printing
Transfers ink onto irregular, concave, and convex plastic surfaces where screen printing cannot reach. Also available as 2 colour tempo printing.
Silk Screen Printing
Multi-colour screen printing on flat and mildly curved plastic surfaces ±0.1 mm registration.
Hot Stamping (Vertical)
Metallic, holographic, and matte foil decoration applied with heat and pressure on a vertical press. No inks, no VOCs.
Ultrasonic Welding
Permanent hermetic joints between thermoplastic parts — no adhesives, no fasteners, sub-second cycle time.
Laser Engraving
Precision permanent, high-resolution markings including serial numbers, QR codes, and fine detail graphics.
