Our Streamlined Process & Lead Time
1. Inquiry & RFQ (Within 24 Hours)
Send us your 3D drawings (STEP/IGS). Our engineering team will provide a detailed commercial quote and preliminary DFM feedback swiftly.
2. Mold Design & DFM (3 - 5 Days)
Before steel cutting, we issue a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) report, optimizing parting lines and wall thickness to eliminate potential molding defects.
3. Mold Fabrication (15 - 25 Days)
Depending on complexity, high-precision tool steel cutting, CNC machining, and EDM take approximately 2-4 weeks to match rigorous tolerances.
4. T1 Samples & Approval (3 - 5 Days)
We perform the first trial run (T1) and dispatch physical samples via DHL/FedEx to your team for dynamic dimensional layout inspection.
5. Production & Secondary Processes (7 - 14 Days)
Upon sample approval, high-efficiency mass manufacturing starts. Secondary surface treatments like printing or painting are executed seamlessly in-house.
6. Sub-Assembly & Final OQC (1 - 3 Days)
Basic component sub-assembly is carried out followed by 100% cosmetic checks and functional verification before final seaworthy packaging.

Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For new engineering projects, we support low MOQ for dynamic trial runs (typically 500 - 1,000 pcs). For standardized mass production, MOQ depends on part geometry and resin type, typically ranging from 5,000 to 200,000 pcs.
Q2: What secondary processing capabilities do you offer in Johor Bahru?
A: We provide full post-molding surface finishing solutions including: Silk Screen Printing, Pad Printing, Laser Engraving, Ultrasonic Welding, Spray Painting, and Heat Staking.
Q3: Do you offer assembly services before shipping?
A: Yes! While we don't engage in complex electronics full OEM integration, we provide comprehensive Sub-Assembly services such as manual grouping, gluing, O-ring installation, and threaded brass hardware insertion.
Q4: Who retains ownership of the injection mold after tooling payment?
A: The client retains 100% legal ownership of the molds. We provide complementary routine maintenance and secure storage in our facility, and will never utilize your tooling for any third-party production.
Q5: Can you execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect our drawings?
A: Absolutely. We strictly protect customer IP. We are prepared to sign your standard proprietary NDA or provide our legal template before you submit any 3D drawings.
Q6: What global trade terms do you accommodate?
A: We operate standardly under FOB (Port Klang/Tanjung Pelepas), CIF, and EXW terms. We can also coordinate with your freight forwarder to support seamless DDP shipping directly to your warehouse.
